I recently had an assignment to capture some faces attending the VIP night of The Albany Theatre's production of A Christmas Carol.

During that I had the chance to look at the 10,000 sq ft of derelict space next to the theatre which has recently had the go ahead for them to turn into an Arts Centre.

That is a big project that is going to take a year and will involve applying for grant funding, agreeing the design layout, managing the project and keeping the theatre running alongside.
