My favourite camera bags are made by Billingham who I think started out a long time ago making fishing gear but now have a great range of bags for photographers. I've got a Hadley Pro and a 225 (I think it's called).

As you can see from this photo the end of the thing that you put one of the straps over had come off. I sent the photo to Billingham via FaceBook messenger and they responded straight away even though it was in the evening.

They put a couple of spare clogballs (I learned a new word) in the post to me completely free of charge.

So now its back to new again
